Need some help... My friend needs a phone for his Mother. Budget is 15k. Needed for daily general usage which involves calls, WhatsApp, Youtube, Browsing the Internet, etc. Usual stuff. No Gaming whatsoever.

Please recommend a phone. Is the Samsung Galaxy F23 5G (6GB) variant a good option at this price point?
