Is there any device which I can place outdoor to catch weak signals from Mobile tower? This is to use in an area where a lot of vegetation prevents mobile signals to come inside the house.

Yes there are mobile signal booster that you can use. Few things that you need to keep in mind while buying them

1. Objective - do you want to fix problem for voice call or 3g internet or 4g internet etc
2. Frequency - different operators have different frequencies in different states. Moreover 2G, 3G and 4G all operate on different frequencies as well
3. Current signal strength out side of your house - Bear in mind, signal boosters will not create signal out of nothing, they can only boost signals.

The only thing matters is which band & carrier band which you want to boost

If it supports a specific band then it supports voice & data both
Using Band 3 booster. Works perfect for me
