Mobile under 25k

iam looking for a mobile below 24-25k max

currently iam using samsung galaxy s and my previous was SII.
Android/windows doesn't matter,all i need is good looks,googlemaps/browser.better performance then my galaxy s(it lags like hell).

iam looking at this modes

HTC Desire V

Plus:i want change from samsung touchwiz,HTC sense FTW plus dualsim
Minus:singlecore processar

Atrix 2

plus:dualcore processar
Screen:normal TFT display super amoled spoiled me)

Glaxay Nexus

plus:Awesome display,dualcore
Minus:same as my previous galaxy s and s ii,no warranty

guys is there any other phone i should look into like nokia n8

Nexus without a doubt mate..

Nexus has so many good features, I am just mention Nexus Drawback:

No FM Radio.
No memory card slot.
No mHDMI video out.
No super AMOLED Plus.
