mobile with largest screen

hi,
can anyone tell me which mobile has the largest screen(touch or otherwise),which can play most movie formats.
had planned for n85 but screen is too small.am considering nokia5800 but was wondering if any mobile has larger screen.
 
welll, 5800 will be your best bet if around 20 k mark budget
touch hd sure has a bigger screen and so does the iphone, but then they are more expensive also for sure.
 
Yea, HTC Touch HD. Most VFM - 5800XM. Cheapest - Chinese Crap. Super big displays and super loud speakers.
 
If u want a mobile phone then its the HTC Touch HD. It runs on Windows Mobile and so you can install codec's of any format which is not supported nativly.
The Nokia 5800 runs on Symbian S60 platform and so these codec's are available for it too. But among these two, the 5800 is real VFM.

Otherwise, check out the Cowon Q5W. It has a huge 5 inch screen, 80GB harddisk, runs on Windows Mobile 5. It is not a phone though. Only problem is its price: MRP Rs.32k.
There is an HTC Advantage too with a huge screen.
 
just make sure the phone supports video out. connect the phone to a huge display and wallah! :P

go for 5800! :)

At that budget, u can take a look at the HTC Touch Diamond and the Nokia N95 8GB. I mentioned these two mobiles since both contain a separate graphics accelerator chip which enables them to play even highly compressed movie files fluently whereas the single processor based phones like like the Nokia 5800 or N85 will stutter and hang. Otherwise, why dont u buy a 16GB iPod Touch 2G and a Nokia 1208 or 2630. It will definately be inside ur budget, it can play movies very well, has a gorgeous screen and you can show off too.
