New: MOBO,Cabinet and GFX Card

Hi, a friend of mine needs to buy the following products.

1) A good motherboard under 10k
2) A good gaming cabinet under 10k
3) A good GFX card under 10k

He is going to shop all the stuff from ebay. Any sort of help would be really appreciated :)

Open to both AMD and Intel.

Errr... Whats the current config and what are the needs. No one would be able to suggest you anything unless you provide all the relevant information
 
10k for cabinet and 10k for card :O , thats a very unusual combo i would rather say shell out 5k for cabinet 15k for card
 
Actually he is building this rig from scratch.

I would have posted it in the PC buying advice, but he just asked me to suggest these components :(
