CPU/Mobo MoBo + CPU Cooler Suggestion

Hey Folks
Need Suggestion for Board (Mini ITX) and CPU Cooler
Budget - 9k to 10k for both
I have recently purchased following components
Cpu - Intel G3258
Graphic - GTX 750Ti OC
Ram - Corsair vengeance 4GB DDR3
Power supply - Corsair CX 430
Case - Corsair 250D Mini ITX
HDD - WD blue 1tb

If you don't plan to overclock then don't buy an aftermarket cooler. You would only be wasting your money.
Get a MoBo under 4K for this CPU and save money to upgrade to a better CPU later.
Get H81 from ASUS.

I am planing to over clock CPU and will upgrade CPU after 1 yrs or 1.5yrs
Current have a little tight budget
 
I think a slight over clock would be fine with the stock fan. But if you wish to OC by a GHz completely then get a CM TX3. You can also try olx to find a good deal on CM 212 EVO.
 
Yes it will handle it very easily. Both the board and cooler. I would suggest you to get a MoBo first and try to overclock it with the stock cooler as much as you would like to have, keeping temperatures safe. Monitor them with Hwinfo. If the stock cooler suffices your needs then no need to get an aftermarket cooler.
Plus you can always get a difference of 3-4 degree celcius with a good quality TIM.
Just keep in mind that you always maintain a good airflow in the cabinet.
 
my 2 cents,
cooler master hyper 212 is a good cooler and costs ~3k.
leaving about 7k for the mobo.
if you're overclocking then stay away from gigabyte. they cut the number of vrms on their boards with subsequent revisions.
an asus h81 would be my suggestion.
