CPU/Mobo Mobo for Intel Pentium G3258

My PC has been broken and I'm forced to upgrade! I have finalized the g3258 AE as my processor! I can manage another 5-6k for mobo! Please suggest the best!
Already have other parts!
I will be overclocking the Procy! Anything around 4.2 Ghz
Asrock or Asus best suits me but will go for anything else if the mobo can handle the OC!
I use the PC for medium graphics gaming, videos, browsing and office work!
I will buy it online!
Please suggest the best!

Do not get gigabyte..

Those are limited to 1.5v..

I made a terrible mistake...

Also anyway I was gonna get g3240 ..58... Was a last minute change.. So couldn't research much..

MSI z97 PC mate. Costs around 7k and is built for overclocking the pentium AE.

Yes go for Any Z97 board, don't compromise below that
else you wont be able to do overclocking

A new trouble! I have to cut down cost on mobo since I think my psu won't be able to handle all this! I have an old Mercury 450w psu! Do you guys think, it will be able to handle the mobo and Procy! I was thinking to go with Asus B85M as I am able to get it around 5k! I won't be able to get a Z97!

Mercury 450w psu

Mercury is not a good brand..

go for seasonic/corsair/cooler master psu if you are looking for overclocking and stability of your system
