CPU/Mobo Mobo + graphics card for Core 2 Quad cores

Hey Guys!!!
I asked this question in one of the threads and was suggested to create a new thread, so here I am asking about my queries :
I am planning to build a whole new system. Am planning to go with Q6700 ($270). Now my questions are :
1) Right now I am in US, I am getting good deals on mobo+CPU combos here, should I buy them here as I am not sure about international warranties?
2) Which graphics card should I go with? I have one XFX 8600 GT 1GB and two ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro PCIe Video Cards - 2 x 256MB in my mind.

My budget for above 3 pieces is 550 to 600$ combined. I am able to fetch XFX 8600 GT 1GB for 150$. I am not that much sure about mobo's, whether or not I should invest more in mobos? I am looking for a system which doesn't get outdated in 3-4 years. I might consider upgrading memory in b/w.

Hope to listen from you guys! :)

Here's a good combo:
CPU - Q6600 (~$230)
Cooler (necessary for Kentsfield CPUs) - Arctic Freezer 7 (~$35)
Mobo: Gigabyte P35-DS3L (~90)
Graphics card: 8800 GT (~$190)

Don't buy 8600GT or something

Thanx man!!! I would drop the idea of 8600 GT...

I am getting Q9300 with extra $50, is it worth to invest that much extra money in processor or should I invest more in MOBO's so that future upgrades of memory, graphics crds and even of processor are no problem.
