MOBO+RAM+PROCCY for 22K

I am having
AMd phenom 940 + MA790GP-UD4h + 4GB DDR2 ram [ giving it to my friend]:(

Already i have GTX 260

So need mobo,proccy & RAM

Upgrading only for gaming occasionally

I have in Mind !

AMD phenom 2 X4 955 + ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 + 4GB DDR3 1333

(or)

Core i5 750 + Mobo in confusion ??? + 4GB DDR3 1333

Should settle with in 22K !!

Advice needed ??

Actually hear in Bangalore the price of Corsair XMS 3 1333MHz 4 GB kit hovers between 4500 ~ 5100

would recommend the G .Skill RAM 4GB kit for 5500 a much better deal.

Just to caution one of my friends had issues with his Core i5 system and XMS3 1333MHz 4 GB kit so saying opt for G.Skill otherwise no bias due to ownership.

Nvidia GTX 460 768 MB

Transcend 4 GB RAM ( earlier Corsair XMS3 4GB )

Gigabyte P55M-UD2 ~ 6.5k

Corsair XMS3 4GB Kit/ GSkill RipJaws 4GB Kit ~ 4,5k-5k

Total: 22k
 
is this Gigabyte P55M-UD2 board is enough for OCing

Or else shall i get AMD X4 955 proccy and OC it ?? i also have Hyper 212+
 
Where the UD2 comes into its own is delivering huge overclocks for its reasonable price - if you want bang for buck, look no further. It even has more ports and connections than it H55 cousin, and a cleaner layout. The only addition we'd feel any need to make is a USB 3 card such as the Asus U3S6. Even then, the UD2 provides, as you can use the secondary 16x PCI-E slot with this 4x card, and that'll also bag you a pair of SATA 6Gbps ports.

The Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 is a little monster overclocker that's equally a puppy to tame. It's cheap to buy and delivers a whole world more performance from a Lynnfield CPU. It continually makes our Buyer's Guides, and for good reason; if you're going for a Core i5-750 on a budget, then grab one of these!

Man the world doesn't start and end with Prime ABGB, no offense but one of the juior members went ballistic after his RIG screwed up on him so won't just recommend on name and experience :)

He was asking for source & for this, my source was prime .. it is not a recommendation at all, this is just to give an idea about the prices in Laminton Road,Mumbai.
BTW I think I too have read both of his threads you are pointing.
