Modded Wii for Rs. 13000

Can anyone tell me what homebrew actually means ??

I have heard this term lot since first PSP was cracked.

Also is it possible to run homebrew apps on any cracked wii ?

it is i suppose the japanese version and menus are also in japanese

Brew - Make Beer/Ale.

HomeBrew - Make it at home, by yourself.

Homebrew in case of software is just that. Writing your own software and adding functionality the original manufactured didn't intend. :p

In the case of the PSP, people have made stuff like - Comic Book reader, mp3 player(added functionality), pdf reader, ebook reader, ROM emulators (NES,SNES,N64 etc), etc
