Its all trial and error, theres no fixed vcore that you can set and expect to work flawlessy. Increase the voltage in steps of 0.125V(or whatever ur mobo supports) and see. I wouldnt advise you to go above 1.5V on stock cooling. And try to keep the temps under about 50C to be on the safe side.

Looks like I got lucky in the first try itself.
1.425 vcore in the BIOS (Everest shows 1.44 - 1.46 at max load)
Prime95 running for 11 hours, rock stable. Max temp 48 C.
I guess I'll settle for 2.4 ghz on my Venice 3000+
Any idea on how the PSU is performing

Almost no variation at all.
