Monitor buying help needed. Shortlisted few

For 1080p, LG 24GN650 is a good choice for as low as 15.5k.

I have that Acer monitor, lacks height adjustable stand, but a good monitor. LG one is just better now and 144Hz vs 165Hz doesn't matter.

There is quite a price difference . LG one is going for Rs 18500

Where as Acer is for Rs 14401. I dont know if Rs 4000 difference is worth it.

What do you think about Viewsonic 2k model? ....I know it lacks with just 75hz but I am not really into fps or esports game. Most of my games are adventure, platform , story based.

Beside I also need a decent monitor for video editing. I would have gone for Asus proart but will wait for a year or till price drop to around 20k .
How much hz is decent for a story based games?

I see LG for 16.5k. Maybe can consider Viewsonic, not many reviews for that. I try to play games at at least 70-80fps so that even with fps drops it stays above 60fps. Also VRR helps a lot with smooth experience.

For video editing, a 32 inch monitor can be really nice (at Quad HD, it would offer comparable pixel denisty to a 24 inch FHD monitor). If it interests you, these two seem to be reasonably priced 75Hz 10 bit IPS panels:

Thanks guys for all the suggestion. really appreciate all the suggestions and your time.
Cancelled Benq and ordered this instead

Acer Nitro VG271U 27 inch (68.58 cm) IPS WQHD (2560x1440) Gaming Monitor I 144Hz Refresh Rate I 1 MS VSB Response I HDR 400 I 100% sRGB I Eye Care Features https://amzn.eu/d/jhuitm

Benq though really good and was ahead of its time but the model design is way old 2016 model.

This seems more interesting and seems colors are good too.

Plus high refresh rate will make gaming intresting too .

Felt Like hitting two birds with one stone ...
