So I have an Acer monitor that I really like but I think its power supply has died. It doesnt turn on. Is there any way to get it repaired or is it just junknow? I am right next to Nehru place.
Let me know if you are able to find a good shop in Nehru Place (or anywhere else in Delhi). I am also looking to get an Acer monitor repaired that fails to turn on 95% of the time (it sometimes does, but I have to keep messing around with it). Not sure what the problem might be, but I too suspect it to be a power supply issue.

I did end up going to Nehru Place to get my monitor checked out. There are multiple shops that will do it for you but really the easiest way is to walk around the market holding your monitor. In like 2 minutes you have a bunch of guys telling you their store can check it for you. LOL
FWIW though, its not really worth it. The cost of getting the monitor repaired (for me) just didnt make sense. It wasnt cheap enough so I would recommend just junking it but depends on your problem and your monitor.
I think the price qouted to me was 2-3k from multiple shops. There is no sense spending that money on getting it repaired. Thats 1 out of 3 EMI's if I just buy a new good one.
