I'm in urgent need of a monitor for an extended desktop setup.

Size: 21 to 24in.
Display: LED-backlit or IPS
Age: Under 4yrs and with zero issues with display or ports
Condition: At least 4/5 (No display issues whatsoever)
Preferred Brands: Dell, Benq, Asus, Samsung, Acer, Hp
Ports: HDMI/VGA/DVI
Price: Depends on the condition
