Laptops Most VFM 15" laptop within 30K

Go for the msi one mate.

Yes the MSI one had killer config but it's diagonally 1.5" smaller than what I'm looking for :hap5:
I have pretty much decided between the following two laptops:
1) Acer Aspire 5738 - Free DOS - Rs. 29120

2) Lenovo G550 295894Q - Free DOS - Rs. 30000
Will buy on this coming saturday.
Who's A.S.S is better among the two above?

why not asus k50ab? with the amd m500cpu and ati 4570 and 4gb ram and 320gb with 2 years complete cover physical damage included @ 32500rs including a bag and some accessories.

Wow dont tell me this is available here in India. It's not listed in Asus India website. Instead I could only find the K50IJ (intel integrated graphics) & the K50IN (Nvidia graphics) on the website. The Asus K50AB is not listed in there. It's an awesome laptop for that kinda price. I will check it out too before taking the "buy" decision. :hap2:

Finally bought a Lenovo G550 295894Q yesterday

I really wanted to thank all the guys who helped me in deciding on which laptop to buy. I finally ended up buying the Lenovo G550 295894Q yesterday.

Cost me 27.5K + vat - no freebies. I bought a basic MS wired mouse for 300 bucks. Bought this from Vedant Computers, Chandni Chowk, Kolkata. A friend of mine also bought a Lenovo along with me. He got the G550 2958H2Q for 33.4K + vat.
