^^ Okay here goes, this is what I'll suggest #danasegarane --

Intel Core i3 2100 ~6200/-

Intel DH67-BL ~5800/- http://www.flipkart....40-dbbe08c50c98 [get this motherboard over the B65 based one, has a better feature set at a highly competitive price point]

Corsair ValueRAM 4GB x 1 1333MHz module ~1100/-

Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB ~4500/-

AMD HD 6850 ~9300/-

Seasonic S12II 520W ~3500/- [no need to wait for 6 months to upgrade to a 600W SMPS, plus it is 80+ certified]

NZXT Gamma ~2600/-

Dell IN 2030M ~6300/- [20" 720p capable LED backlit monitor with DVI-out] OR Dell ST2220L ~8300/- [22" full HD monitor with LED back-light and HDMI-out]

APC BR-650VA-IN ~2800/-

You cannot over-clock this RIG, for that you need to purchase these components --

Intel Core i5 2500k ~12500/-

Intel DP67 BG ~10900/- OR BIOStar TZ68K+ ~7500/- http://www.flipkart....90-dd16b8f79487 OR http://www.flipkart....80-30e1c444b542 [you need a P67 OR Z68 chipset to over-clock an unlocked -k series processor],

Corsair XMS3 OR G.Skill RIPJAWS 4GB x 1 1600MHz module ~1700/-

[rest configuration same as above]

Hope this helps, Sire. Cheers!!

Thanks for the reply. The mother board which I specified supports Second generation and the link you provided supports says

Compatible Processors: Intel Core i7, Intel Core i5, Intel Core i3 processors Series with upto 95W TDP

Is it ok ?

What about ASUS Boards ?

^^ Yes all the boards I've suggested support Intel Sandy-Bridge CPU's.

ASUS motherboards are feature rich but more expensive, plus after sales support of ASUS is erratic, so if you can bear with that ASUS motherboards I'll suggest are --

ASUS Maximus Gene-Z IV ~12900/- http://www.flipkart.com/computers/components/motherboard/asus/itmd5ppvezpzwxgk?pid=mbdd5ppvt2nfnbvu&_l=dV5SMbi0oDnC+xrE9hcQIQ--&_r=4i2sGH4JnPfN3hq4fLvWpw--&ref=bf3c96b2-20bf-462a-b57c-c5b3a1214032 OR ASUS P8P67-M PRO ~9500/- http://www.flipkart.com/computers/components/motherboard/asus/itmd4g9hgfdjmdnq?pid=mbdd4g9gjrp3vxyp&_l=NpsIyfyZps2KnFCemx+5Sg--&_r=4i2sGH4JnPfN3hq4fLvWpw--&ref=bf3c96b2-20bf-462a-b57c-c5b3a1214032.

Hope this helps, Cheers!!

No those boards based on the H67-chipset cannot be over-clocked, so what exactly is your budget and have you bought any components OR not. Check the links I've given here --

Hope this helps, Cheers!!

My budget is arround 10-15K and I have already bought Dell IN 2030M. And one more thing is that I won't over-clock the system.

And also not interested in a separte graphics card now. May go if required. Kinldy suggest for this price

^^ Go for the --

Intel Core i3 2100 ~6200/-

Intel DH67-BL ~5600/-

Corsair ValueRAM 4GB x 1 module ~1100/- [add another module around 4--5 months down the line]

NZXT Source Elite 210 ~2200/-

Seasonic S12II 520W ~3500/-

So later you'll have to add a credible graphics card to the build if you plan to play GRiD OR Civilization IV @medium settings.

Hope this helps, Cheers!!

The cabinet slipped my mind, updated now.
