If you have taken warranty by rashi peripherals or through a good amc fellow, that problem won't remain that big.

also, instead of a mobo, buy a new sound card, <2k

iam sick of this iam taking bikey's path buy a foxconn, rma my a8n-e then sell it and buy a better motherboard next year.

i had only replied to udit's query keeping these 2 things in mind ...
1) the scope of his query.
2) how to save /generate funds for his future upgrades.
