Motherboard fault

I have MSI H110 motherboard bought in oct 2016. It is not working.
There is no power when I press the power button. I have checked everything PSU RAM
Please help me what I can do.

Reseat CMOS. Then try to turn It on, if the cpu fan spins and still no video. Attach a speaker
To the MB speaker connectors and try and search what the beeps mean.
