wanted to motherboard for my Intel Core i7 4770k
As my motherboard MSI Z87 GD65 GAMING Motherboard bios fail
let me know if you have spare one.

Bios fail? You can easily reflash stock bios. Download it from msi website, copy to your pen drive. Disconnect your hard drives & ssds. Plugin in the pen drive then power on your pc, the flashing should start automatically. If not then look into the motherboard manual to press specific keys to boot or get the bios detect the drive and flash from it. Upon successful flashing the system will reboot with gui. That's it!
 
Actually not booting at all
after pressing power button noting happens
only motherboard power led glow when i connect it to power
may be some other problem i don't know exactly
 
Did you ever tried to OC your rig or was it running OCed?
Did this happened overnight or your system wasnt in use for some day?
Did you tried resetting CMOS (the cmos jumper or by removing the battery) IF the battery has drained out try with a new battery.
Did you tried with a single ram and on to a different slot?
Try all of the above if still nothing works then try below.

Di-assemble the complete setup.

Remove the mobo and place on a wooden table.
Just connect the mobo, proccy with a single ram. (Borrow ram from a friend and also check yours on his rig)
Your mobo has onboard video so dont connect the gpu.
Make basic psu connection.
Power on the rig. Notice any beeps or led indications on your mobo and run through the mobo manual for any beeps or led symptoms.
