I need to change these items. And budget is pretty strict.

I'm looking for something thats reliable so I wont have to be dealing with error codes every other week. I wont be gaming at all on these. And I need an onboard hdmi port for video out.

I looked around a bit and these seem to fit in this budget

i3 12100
Gigabyte h610m h
Crucial basics 8gb 2666mhz

What do you guys think?

i3 12100 is a pretty good processor. If you're only looking for general web browsing, office work, movies kind of usage, it will serve you pretty well because of it's robust single threaded performance. It can struggle in multi-threaded work loads due to being quad core only, but that's not something you see in your day to day usage.

So if this is in your budget, Just go for it.

Your build is fine. Thought i would suggest that you get a 3200mhz ram, it will be same price or at most Rs 100/- difference.

Hiw much difference does 3200mhz ram make?
Not much, but it hardly matters, the prices of both are same. Might as well get the higher frequency model.

Besides, 2666 Mhz will get harder to find in future. So if you need to upgrade, it is better to have 3200 Mhz.

Get This, have checked against the crucial basics(costs around 1900,give or take),this is & has been the budget option for a long time now beating major brands like Corsair,GSkill etc.
