CPU/Mobo Motherboard recommendation..

I am setting up a mid range PC mainly for programming,database handling and some gaming .I have chosen the Intel E8400 processor.

Can anyone suggest me a motherboard from among the following:

1.MSI P43 Neo3-F

2.Gigabyte GA-EG41MF-S2H

3.Asus P5QL-CM

4.Gigabyte GA-EG43M-S2H

5.MSI P45 Neo-F

6.MSI P45C Neo-FIR

7.Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3R

My budget is about 5000-8000

I don't want to overclock anything........
 
well it depends on other components of your rig
however the best vfm board is gigabyte g31-es2l for 2.4-2.6k

My components are:
1.intel E8400
2. 2 x 1 Gb DDR2 ram
3. palit 9600GT 512 mb ddr3
4. samsung 20" TFT monitor
5. Seagate 500 Gb SATA
 
since u can spend like 8k better get the EP45-DS3R.currently using that mobo with E8400 (E0 stepping).pretty gud mobo.
since ur not gonna oc theres not much perf diff u'll notice bet those mobos.

Is there any other mobo within 8000/9000 which supports both DDR2 and DDR3 ram. I want the mobo to be future proof.........!!!!!!!!!!!
