I am not getting from within, that's the problem :-/ I try my best, but still I get distracted.I used to listen to these motivational audios and even some self-help kinda stuff in college but realised they are utter crap and BS in real life... also those motivational posters
any motivation that doesn't come from within is utterly temporary and just feel-good factor. you are better off reading calvin n hobbes or dilbert

@all - thank you very much guys !
But I am NOT looking for these videos. I think you are not getting what I am trying to say...
Have u seen Dexter, season 4, I guess. In that season a guy always used to listen such motivational audits in his car. I am looking for such audios. These audios run for hours.
But, thanks again.
precisely thats the problem. all these motivational audio are very temporary like steroids. sustained motivation only comes from clarity and intensity of your goal, the realisation of the duty to act, shunning anxiety and ownership over results (well i'm borrowing from the gita here :|). even reading the books of successful people is not going to give us sustained motivation or success (like scott adams says).I am not getting from within, that's the problem :-/ I try my best, but still I get distracted.
And yeah, I have read his book too. After reading book or watching movies, I will be on track for a day or two, then again it repeats :-/ so thought constantly listening to these audios atleast motivate me & gets me started.
ok but I have experienced in numerous occassions in my life, many people also have similar opinions about these motivational stuff, so you cannot attribute what I said just to my own viewpoint.that is assumptive generalization, and just your viewpoint.
it is not true that only inner motivation is real motivation.
