hello

I am in a search of new mobile for myself and have a budget of around 15k.Kinda made up my mind to go for moto g2.But I am in doubt about its performance.I will be using few messengers,social apps and few casual games.So my question is will this phone last a year without getting slow?

Yes it will easily last a year but not on the most demanding of the games. plus it will get android lollipop pretty quick
 
For your usage, easily.

If you can increase your budget by 3k, there's also the older Moto X which would perform even better.

I am using it without any performance issues. But if you can increase your budget and go with device with 2GB RAM, it will last longer with your current requirement.
