Motorola atrix 2 or somethng else under 19.5K? Need best camera phone in budget

I need best Camera phone under 19.5 k which is atrix 2 price n flipkart .

my needs are
android 4 atleast
as good a cam as possible
minimum 3.7 screen
with company warranty
hardly any gaming i will do

if i want to spend 19.5 k i feel atrix 2 seems best but if i wanna spend like 16.5 k then sola seems unmatched . am i right ?? need advice guys . also any new upcoming phones in india to wait for ?

Atrix 2 has a decent camera, is not the best 8mp shooter going around.. It fills all the other requirements easily with ICS available now.. If you can stretch your budget try getting an Xperia S..

I bought LG P990 for 19.5k in Jan, I found 4.3" is better than 4". I am look to exchange with Atrix 2 or RAZR XT910

spec wise the atrix 2 is the best, but inferior pics notwithstanding, I think its still better than the 5MP exmor used in the Xperia sony phones. They tend to have rather high noise levels in low light photos. of course, the 8MP exmor is the best!
