Probably not. Unless they release the Atrix in India (which some Indian mobile sites have speculated). But there is no Indian warranty, so if something does go wrong, prepare to shell out a bit of cash to get it fixed in India (if at all).
 
I am sure if something goes wrong with the phone, it can be fixed here in India (though it might not be cheap)!
 
Payment received and phone shipped out. Awaiting confirmation from buyer on receipt of goods.
