My atrix 2's Speaker and SD card slot stopped working (I may or may not have dropped it :angel
, and I was dreading about going to the motorola service center. It turned out to be a multi brand one handling HTC, Huawei and some other brands too.
I dropped off my phone on the 19th, Took about half an hour for them to check and confirm the issue, that it would take about 15 days, but got a call yesterday saying my phone is ready for pickup. Went today and got it back, everything seems to be working fine.
I'm not sure why so many people say moto service is bad, but that has certainly not been my experience. Everybody whines about bad service, just wanted to talk about a good one!
