My atrix 2's Speaker and SD card slot stopped working (I may or may not have dropped it :angel:), and I was dreading about going to the motorola service center. It turned out to be a multi brand one handling HTC, Huawei and some other brands too.
I dropped off my phone on the 19th, Took about half an hour for them to check and confirm the issue, that it would take about 15 days, but got a call yesterday saying my phone is ready for pickup. Went today and got it back, everything seems to be working fine.
I'm not sure why so many people say moto service is bad, but that has certainly not been my experience. Everybody whines about bad service, just wanted to talk about a good one!
 
This is a good news if motorola service is as good mentioned by you.

Motorola devices have great built quality and performance. If only they had unlocked bootloaders :no2:
 
when I checked on the moto website, I found only one service center. Trident Technologies at Apollo Dubai Plaza, Nungambakkam
 
Sadly Motorola has pulled out of india, so this service level cant be expected after some time.
 
I had a bad experience with moto service a few years ago. The centre was in Wellington Plaza. Dont know about this one.
