Got my blackwidow lite switches replaced. I asked 200 questions but @HonestLiar was very honest and patient with me in answering all of them. It took me weeks to send my kb but he was able to fix it and send it back in 3 days.
Love the way my keyboard looks and feels now. I'm 100% satisfied with the service. Sharing feedback

Issue - some keys spamming and irresponsive.
Solution - replaced non swappable stock switches with akko macha green.

Got my G502 Hero fixed ,he had to fix switches ,whatnot thanks ,got it delivered today its working great

-Kensington Orbit Trackball mouse came in and had a dead left click, replaced the dead switch with the 'Kailh GM8.0 Switch. Now it works perfectly.
-Another Logitech G502 came in for left and right primary switches replacement, again new 'Kailh GM8.0 Switches were installed and now it works perfectly too.

For anyone else interested in the service, please make sure to pack your mouse well to avoid any transit damage, recently I have received a few really carelessly packed boxes.
