get yourself any cloth pad depending on how much cash you wanna spend on it. most of the pads that come from well known brands are similar. you can't really go wrong with any of them.
 
Budget?
Size needed? :P

I prefer cloth pads and thicker pads like QCK heavy as i rest my palm at times.
Will get a Fatality Fatpad next. :P

Everglide Titan, Titan Monstermat, QCK, QCK+, QCK heavy work good with the MX518.
Not sure of Salmosa.
