Need some help....I am using Mozilla Firefox 2.0.

Sometimes when I am browsing and I click on any hyperlink, the mouse pointer jumps up to the top of the page, actually not the mouse pointer but the page moves up to the top  , it gets irritating at times.

Anyone experiencing this ??????

yeah..same happens to me as well :P

i thought re-installing Firefox after cleaning all data will help

haven't tried it coz its a pain reinstalling FF and then the extensions.

It happens a lot on Windows 2000. Doesn't happen in Windows 98. I think it happens sometimes when you open a new page and then click on any link of the page.

I suppose this might be a bug.

In Win98 there is another bug, when multiple tabs are open and i click on the close button, Firefox displays the message that "multiple tabs are open, do you still want to close Firefox" and even if i click Cancel Firefox closes.

There are also some memory related issues in Windows 2000. Sometimes the browser hangs even if only 3-4 tabs are open and responds after 2-3 minutes.

The earlier version of Firefox was better i suppose.

I am using Windows XP SP2 and mozilla firefox 2.0, I tried a regular uninstall/reboot/reinstall but that did not help.
