Linux Mouse Pointers in mingetty Consoles on Enterprise Linux 6.0

Hi,
We are not getting Mouse pointer in our EL 6.0 VMware Workstation 7.x.x Guests TEXT CONSOLES ... which are used heavily copying a bunch of text , anyway to retrieve it back ?? :S
