Laptops Mouse scroll problem !

Hi,
I have just bought a new laptop dell xps 15..To which i have attached a rezer abysis mouse..
The problem i'm facing is as follows:
My wheel scroll setting in the dell trackpad software chages to 30-50, every time i have to chage it back to 3-4 lines per scroll..
My razer did not create this kind of problem on other system( My desktop )
Maybe its the problem of the dell trackpad software..
Please assist me on this>>>>>>>>>>>

Why don't you change it through windows control panel instead of dell software.

Its the same,, i meant windows control panel only...

No change at all
