finally got my hummer ht1 mobile (yellow color) :clap: :clap: its amazing :clap: :clap: who needs a review?;) ;)

btw, someone told me that there are only 100 hummer ht1 mobile (yellow) in india. :P :P :P

could u also post user reviews for it. how good it is ..battery life..is it easy to use ..camera quality.
there could be some drawbacks as its not a mobile company so if u could tell us that it would be very helpful. thanks

1) batter life: depends upon how u use it. if u play video and songs all the time, it will drain 2-3 hrs. otherwise its good but not as good as SE or Nokia

2) sound quality: better than SE K790i. its comparable to W series of SE and better than most of the Nokias

3) camera quality: good in daylight, but in night mode its not that great. u have to select "night mode" in nights in order to get decent photos. but there are so many settings u can play around. and did i mention u can record videos in both 3gp and mp4 format. size of the video depends upon how much memory u have. u can zoom in and out in both video and photo mode.

4) pc sync: hummer comes with a pc sync software but i dont think its working. it just dont detect my phone whenever i connect it to my pc via usb cable. but there are three modes when u connect to a pc: a) storage mode b) webcame mode c) pc sync mode

in storage mode, ur memory card is detected as usb pen drive and u can cut-paste all the data that u want in ur pc. in webcame mode, mobile will work as a webcam. didnt tested it thoroughly. it works on video capture software on win xp but didnt seems to work in yahoo msgr. pc sync mode doenst work at all.

5) games: many of the games do not work as its touch screen but u have to give it a try..i have found many games that works perfectly while other simply refuse to start.

6) third party software: anything developed in java should work on hummer. but no symbian or win mobile software here. i have just installed dictionary, kd player and opera on it.

fully satisfied with my hummer but i wish it worked with pc sync software and ran all the java games :)

i planning to write a full review of hummer ht1 and altec lansing atp3 but i just couldnt find enough time for it :( damn i have my job :)

btw ppl its my 100th post please show some generousity and rep me ;)
