Few movies I often like to watch:

  • It's a Wonderful Life (1946) - Life is wonderful and always try to make a positive impact.
  • Life Is Beautiful (1997) - How to always look at positive side of things and also be one of the best dads ever.
  • Godfather 2 (1974) and There Will Be Blood (2007)- How to man up.
  • LOTR movies (not hobbit) - this trilogy teaches so many things.
  • Gone Girl (2014) - Be careful with your wife.
  • K.G.F: Chapter 1 - Don't underestimate the power of mother sentiment.

1. Into The Wild (2007) -
Watch it to learn:
Why not to neglect mental health and trauma. How unhealed trauma makes you do stuff that are entirely pointless, under the pretext of 'living life differently'. Why we shouldn't idealise tragedy and pick better hearos. Why we should learn from the terrible mistakes of others instead of sympathizing and showering pity. I had set my DP to the infamous bus back when I first watched it. He had turned into my hero somehow. I now have a better understanding of life and to me, he was a mental patient who needed urgent treatment. No more, no less.

2. Awakenings (1990)
Watch it to learn -
Why not to take our abilities to function as normal humans for granted. Stuff like moving our head, arms, legs, walking, swimming, running - all that we perceive as trivial are actually beautiful gifts we have to experience life. That, and humanity.

3. Chhorii (2021)
Watch it to learn -
The tenderness females naturally possess while having immense mental fortitude and bravery. True feminism and not the toxic type that demands nudism, boozing, smoking, hooking up with strangers like them trash 3rd class males 'under the pretext of equality and freedom of expression'. Casual hookups should be renamed to 'pump and dump' as that's exactly what it means. Objectifying humans like objects to extract cheap pleasure and then forget about them.

4. Mrs. Doubtfire (1993)
Watch it to learn -
The emotions of genuinely good hearted males. The lengths to which a male can go just to be with his family. The kind of male boys should aspire to be instead of sleeping around.

Note - I have written the above myself with great care. It's not 'chatgpt'. Saying this as the organized way of representation might make some feel suspicious!
