Android Moving Apps to Memory card

i own a mobile with JB OS which is above two years old.

Most of my apps are able to move to memory card, just by pressing "Move to memory card" option. But now when i try to move WhatsApp to memory card the said option is not highlighted. Hence cant move.

With phone memory is over, i am not able to update or install new small apps.

Kindly help to solve.
