Looking for MP3/FLAC player around 7k, video option would be welcomed but not necessary.

Sansa , Cowon ?
 
+1 for Cowon C2 best pmp under 7k i guess, else look for Sansa fuze plus both are available with PristineNote.
 
Does it makes sense to get the 4Gb model and add SD Card or 8GB card ? I can't find Colorfly anywhere

If you are talking about sansa clip+ then yes it definitely does make sense. In fact you can buy the lowest GB and add additional using MicroSD Card. My setup is 2GB sansa clip+ and 8GB MicroSD.
Also this is no high speed photography or 1080p video capture so you can also buy a lower class MicroSD, No need to go for class 10 and all.
