Kindly use this thread to post feedback of Mp4 nation as everyone should be aware of the kind of service they are providing to their customers.

Completely agree, even though they may deny a refund or deny resending the product but atleast they should follow proper courtesy to reply to their paying customers......Atleast I will certainly not like to deal with them in future....

How can they answer like that, they need to PROVE that they ship the product ordered & NO FAULT or ERROR from their end.

No matter if such incident didn't noticed by them with their online customers in last 10 yrs or so & this is FIRST of it's kind.

The poll is not useful if people just click on random options without input in the thread itself. I have not had any deal with them so can't comment on their service personally.

as it has already been mentioned in the sflo2->chinese tea thread, the switching most probably occured at customs/postal office. Their reply was totally rude but you can still get the relevant information (package weight) from them and pursue this with local officials in India if you want to. That reply would definitely make me think twice before recommending the site to anyone.

Well, I ordered from them 2 days ago, wouldn't have done it if it was after reading all this. Anyways I will be closely monitoring this thread and will post my feedback once I receive the item (seems a big IF now)

Well ,

Its the postal dept that did this 100% .We are national distributors of nationite one of the brands they sell and this is unimaginable they could do this ,They have excellent stuff and they have good service ,We carry only nationite products from mp4nation nothing else though ,Take this matter to the concerned post office and postal people should be doing something

I agree with you 100%. I did not like Mp4nation's reply one bit as I felt they were treating the customer as a criminal without any sort of proof. It could have been handled so much better by them.

However I have dealt with them in the past and IMO they are a genuine seller. I feel the goof up in the OPs case was 100% done at either the customs dept or the courier people.

Well ,

i Have just got a consigment of nationite media players ,It was shipped last month 15th ,reached delhi fpo month end ,on 3rd they notified "prohibited items " lol .Media player a prohibited item .Well just day before i got the same How had to pay a agent Rs :3000/- for what ,you can understand lol this country is weird ,even doing things right here you have to pay these guys
