However this is how it works:

13490 + 5% VAT + 200 (Shipping) = 14375.

Lynx always quotes prices on its website without adding the VAT.

SMC prices are VAT inclusive. Shipping should come around ~Rs.200.
But still OPs price is cheaper than this and only a week or so old.
