Graphic Cards MSI radeon hd 4650........

hi guys,
i'm posting this regarding many fake GPUs in recent times, coz i hv seen many threads in which ppl are cheated by selling fake (bios modded)GPUs. i wanna ask ask u guys that i hv recently bough MSI radeon HF 4650 1GB....is it genuine??
here is my gpu-z...

and i'm running this GPU on a cheap a** iball PSU (400W)......can this PSU handle this card for atleast nxt 4-6 months coz after that i'll be buying a full new rig....????
i know i'm a noob but after seeing so many threads on PSU-GPU i was worried about this

For now, its ok, but in near future upgrade ur PSU to some good one. For e.g. Gigabyte Superb 460w for 2.3 k or Corsair CX400w for 3.2k. I am saying this but most of the guys here, won't even advise you to run your graphic card on this PSU.
