MTNL 1 mbps plan

Well was going through another guys thread regarding up gradation of BSNL plan

Wanted to know do MTNL also ask for written letter for up-gradation??

Or just calling on the number job is done??

ANd do i do it now..or it will happen from next bill cycle

I think you can call them and apply for upgrading. They will forward your request and it will be done from the next billing cycle.

In fact, the speeds might start reflecting within the cycle itself, but the billing is done only after the next cycle.

Oh by the way, I am talking about Delhi MTNL service. Don't know about Mumbai. (just saw that you are based in Mumbai)

Shifting can be done over the Phone itself,My Dad just called up(dnt know which number) and it was changed from the first of Next Month

Also, they will call you back to confirm changes, applied for, in the plan.

MTNL can change plan on phone request. Just call 1504 or 1500.
