With good trackers, i have got an Average of 210 KBps many times. (on the BSNL Rs. 500 plan)

Then ur not on adsl my friend. Only cable modems can be uncapped.

There are many, as like Auto Startup and shutdown etc.. Google it.. u will get many..

Leave the PC on.. utorrent has a scheduler in which you just set the timings as 2am to 8am.

But bsnl is a little messed up so they'r 2am is not your 2am. I made my clock 10mins later than normal and now its fine. Also, i use PC autoshutdown to shut my comp at 7.50am. That way everything runs smooth.
