I have bought a new MTNL data card and the SIM has been activated. I have done a 4500 6 months top up.
I have tried making it work on my data card, SE X8, Galaxy Tab, but it only makes and receives calls, can't connect to even 2G.
X8, I can't receive settings no matter what I do.
Galaxy Tab, the settings don't work.
Data card Micromax MMX310G, tried manual settings, many settings. It shows HSDPA signal and full strength, but shows dail failed.
I have tried manual and CC settings.
I have talked to the CC around 5-10 times and they have given up. They don't know what the problem is.
I have even talked to Delhi's Special Helpline number (above CC) and they couldn't figure out the problem.
Both of them have told me to go to MTNL's office to get it checked.
What should I do?
