i have one d-link modem from tata indicom(have used it w/ mtnl also), can sell but there is one problem that it stops after 2-3hrs and thats why i bought for myself a new netgear one...lemme know if you still need
 
i have got one ADSL modem that i got with my BSNL Connection..

i'm sure it'll work on MTNL too..
