MTNL launches Fibre to Home broadband services

Before seeing those plans i was considering myself (Delhites) very lucky that we have cheapest and best services here but baaaah now mtnl has fup too.

One more thing i don't get why the hell are they limiting upload speeds, c'mon yaar, isn't ftth about high speeds and no limits?

Where is any FUP mentioned for MTNL Triband Mumbai UL plans???
