I use inShorts on my iPhone to catch up on the news.
Advantages -

• No pressure to check the notifications right away as all the notifications are grouped and I can swipe right on the headlines I've read.
• If there are multiple updates on a single topic (Eg. Operation Sindoor, Virat Kohli retirement, etc), it creates a category where you can read all news on that topic.

Disadvantages -

• Gets really slow and laggy if you open a few notifications
• If you refresh mid-way by mistake (by swiping down), that article is as good as gone and you won't find it again.
