MTNL Mumbai 3G Roaming Charges applicable if used in Bangalore?

Hey guys,

I live in Bangalore. I came across MTNL Mumbai 3G offering 4500rs unlimited data plan. I was wondering if I could get an MTNL 3G data sim with the 4500rs unlimited data plan and a unlocked Huawei E173 USB Modem and whether I can use it here without any roaming charges applicable in the BSNL network.

Has anyone been able to do the same without losing any money on account of roaming?

I never got charged for data roaming on MTNL. Delhi user here, but I used both my data card as well as the phone connection in Bangalore, Nagpur, Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur, and few more cities without paying anything extra. Only the data from the allotted quota.
 
yes but he has used term allocated data that means he is not using it on unlimited plan

And before i spend 4.5k would like to confirm for the unlimited plan
