MTNL Net gets disconnected after call

I have MTNL broadband connection. My Router is DSL-2640 T . My net connection gets disconnected whenever i receive a telephone call. Can somebody pls provide me some link or any help regarding this matter.

Have you installed the ADSL splitter correctly? Thats usually the cause for this.

I do not have any idea about the splitter installation , could you help me out with it or provide any link for it ?

do you have a parallel line?

looks like you are splitting the telephone line into two. one going into the modem and the other to the telephone. This is the most probably the cause of your line getting disconnected whenever there is a phone call.

the mtnl line should first go into the modem only. then from the line out to telephone (from modem), you should connect it to your telephone line or create parallel lines.
