MTNL Unlimited combo plan query

Going to apply for mtnl 1mbps broadband connection in delhi there are two plans given in mtnldelhi website (TriB UL data-512 Combo New & TriB UL data-512)
want to know apart from free calls is there any difference between two ? ( assuming TriB UL data-512 Combo is with rental free landline connection )

what is actual DL and UL speed are you guys getting ?

both plans are free from any kind of FUP ?

1)I have opted for Combo - so i get 100 calls free as well.

2) There is no FUP ( i have gone upto 120 gb ).

3) Actual Speed : Download : 800 Kbps to 1100 Kbps | Upload : 400 Kbps to 540 Kbps

yes, you'll get fix monthly bill of around 1200 rs
