I'm interested does it come with any plans, as if I buy I would want to use the *999 plan, also was not able to figure out the speed for that plane, do update about as well

its prepaid so u can use 999 plan

i was getting 175 kbps download speed constantly its realy fast sometime it touched 200 kbps too
 
I can sell an MTS Dongle I have for 1500 plus 100 shipping anywhere in India
