MTS launches 3 new Android smartphones
MTS has announced that they are releasing three new handsets, all Android. The phones are priced at a range of Rs 5,499 to Rs, 7,499, and all three are running Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). With the launch of these three Android phones, MTS have now brought out four new phones in less than two months.
The first of the three, MTS MTag 351 has a 3.5 inch capacitive touch screen display and with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels, with a rear 3 MegaPixel camera with flash and VGA front-facing camera. The phone is 12.15 mm thick and has and internal 1300 mAh battery. It comes in two colours, Spicy Red and Bluish Black.
The second, MTS MTag 352 has a 3.5 inch screen with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels. The screen is a capacitive touch screen display and the phone also includes a rear 3 MegaPixel camera. It has a 1400 mAh battery.
The third, MTS MTag 281 has a 2.8 inch 240 x 320 pixels capacitive touch screen display and a 3 MegaPixel camera at the back. It has an internal 1200 mAh battery, 3 additional back covers are provided with the phone (red, white and blue).
All the three phones have 256 MB of RAM, and 512 MB of internal memory, 32 GB of expandable memory and all these three phones come with a 2 GB MicroSD card. Other features included on these phones are FM Radio, 3G EVDO 3.1 Mbps, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and aGPS.
The MTS MTag 351 is priced at Rs. 7,499, whereas MTS MTag 352 and MTS MTag 281 are priced at 6,499 and Rs. 5,499 respectively.
